Custom loyalty cards for your business

We produce PVC loyalty cards personalized with your artwork for shops, petrol stations, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, salons, clinics, gyms and car service centres. You can use them as loyalty cards, customer cards, membership cards, VIP cards or discount cards. Each card can receive a unique barcode, serial number or QR code, so you can register it in your till software or loyalty app.

Options

• Print: CMYK colour front/back or monochrome (black, cyan, magenta or yellow).
• Lamination: glossy or matte.
• Variable data, unique on each card: barcode, serial number (numbering) or QR code. You enter the serial range (from / to) when you order.
• Extra finishes: gold, silver or white foil, signature panel, scratch-off area, embossing on 1, 2 or 3 lines.
• Screen printing: pearlescent gold or silver, selective gloss or matte varnish, selective varnish with gold or silver powder.

• Format: ID-1 / CR80 (ISO/IEC 7810), approx. 85.6 × 54 mm, the same format as a bank card.
• Thickness: 0.76 mm.
• Print on both sides, CMYK colour or monochrome; optional special colours through screen printing.

How to order and how long it takes

Choose the model, quantity and options, then upload your artwork file directly on the product page (.pdf, .ai, .cdr, .eps, .svg or .psd). The minimum quantity is 200 cards. The price per piece falls with the run size: 2.38 RON/pc for 200 pieces, 0.94 RON/pc for 1,000 pieces and down to 0.23 RON/pc for 100,000 pieces. Prices exclude VAT and do not include the extra options.

Estimated production time, in working days: 2 days for 200–500 cards, 2–3 days for 1,000–3,000, 3–4 days for 4,000–5,000 and 3–5 days for 10,000 cards. For larger runs, the lead time appears on the product page when you choose the quantity. Shipping is free in Romania, Bulgaria and Greece.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a serial number, a barcode and a QR code?

The serial number is a printed number that people can easily read. The barcode is read by the till scanner, and the QR code can also be read with a phone camera. All three can be unique on each card, and you set the number range.

How do I make sure my till software reads the barcode?

In the "Order details" field on the product page, write the barcode type and the number range your loyalty software expects. The code is printed uniquely on each card.

Can I order fewer than 200 cards?

In the online shop, the minimum quantity for loyalty cards is 200 pieces. For other quantities, write to us through the contact page.

Should I choose glossy or matte lamination?

Glossy lamination makes colours more vivid. Matte has a discreet look, and fingerprints and reflections are less visible. Both options have the same price.

Do the prices include VAT?

No. The per-piece prices shown in the shop exclude VAT, and the extra options (variable data, foil, embossing, screen printing) are added to the per-piece price.
